SHIPPING

We are currently offering free shipping on US orders of $150+.  Order total must meet the minimum requirement after any discounts are used. Shipping rates are currently calculated by weight, size and location of the recipient. Changes to the shipping address CANNOT be made after an order is placed.

When will my items ship? Orders typically depart from our warehouse in Valencia, CA within 1-3 Business Days of the date the order was placed (this does not include transit time with carrier). 

For orders placed during LARGE RELEASES, SALES EVENTS & RESTOCKS it could take up to 14 business days to be shipped from our warehouse.

Choosing a quicker shipping method does not speed up our processing time to package and ship your order. This simply means the shipping carrier will expedite your shipping once they are in possession of your package. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Brixton Phoenix is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our warehouse in Valencia, and is in possession of the shipping carrier, they assume all responsibility. 

 

Brixton Phoenix does not collect duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees unpaid. Brixton Phoenix cannot currently predict what these fees may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office regarding your countries customs policies. Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs and/or brokerage fees. The estimated delivery time for international orders depends on the country.
